Welcome to the Worship Team Scheduler Help page! Below, you’ll find a guide to managing your Songs and Sets. Whether you’re adding music, organizing worship sets, or sharing them, we’ve got you covered.
Songs
Songs are the building blocks of your worship library. Here’s how to work with them:
View Songs: Go to “Manage Songs” from the Dashboard to see your song list. Sort by title, key, tempo, or time signature, and search by title or notes.
Add a Song: Click “Add New Song” on the Songs page. Enter the title, artist, key, tempo, time signature, and notes. Add YouTube links or PDFs (chord sheets) directly in the form, then save.
Edit a Song: Click “Edit” next to a song. Update its details, add or remove YouTube links and PDFs using the “Save” buttons (no page reload!), or delete resources with the “Delete” button.
Delete a Song: Click “Delete” next to a song and confirm—removes it and its resources permanently.
Import/Export: Use “Export Songs” to download a CSV of your songs (including YouTube URLs). Upload a CSV via “Import Songs” to bulk-add songs—format: Song Name, Artist, Key, Tempo, Time Signature, Notes, YouTube URLs (pipe-separated, e.g., "url1|url2").
Sets
Sets let you organize songs for worship events. Here’s how to manage them:
View Sets: Select “Manage Sets” from the Dashboard to see your sets. Each shows its title, date, and song count.
Add a Set: Click “Add New Set” on the Sets page. Provide a title, scheduled date, notes, and pick songs from your library, then save.
Edit a Set: Click “Edit” next to a set. Adjust its title, date, notes, or song selection, then save.
Delete a Set: Click “Delete” next to a set and confirm—it’s gone for good.
Calendar View: Choose “Calendar View” from the Dashboard or Sets page to see sets by date. Click a set title to edit it.
Public Setlist: Your sets are viewable at a public URL (see Dashboard). Share this link for others to see scheduled songs and resources.
Tip: Start by adding your songs, then build sets from them. Use the Calendar View to plan ahead, and check your public setlist to share with your team!
